Rocky Circuit (Monday 6.00pm)

Join Joe G in this old school circuit press ups, squats, pad-work shuttle runs...and you guessed it those motivational rocky tunes in the background.

Accumulator (Monday 6.45pm)

Simply put this class consists of 7 exercises with incorporated rest periods... Sounds easy ... It’s NOT!! High intensity workout with Joe G

Yoga (Monday 7.45pm)

Learn through a carefully graded system of postures and breathing techniques, helps improve flexibility, strength, concentration self confidence and mental calm.

Aerobics (Tuesday 6.30pm)

Join Angie in this traditional aerobics class get that heart rate up, lungs working and those calories burning!

Abs Blast (Wednesday 6.30pm)

Let Liam loose on your abs... Burn the core with this stomach toning session.

Zumba (Mon 9.35am / Wed 7.45pm)

Join the party...Latin inspired easy to follow, calorie burning dance fitness class. Let the music take you and be part of the phenomenon.

Body Conditioning (Thursday 6.30pm)

Highly motivational class with Liam combination of fitness and toning - steps, bands dumbbells...whatever he decides you will feel it!!
